Jacki has extensive experience in the Communications, Broadcast, Engineering and Technology sectors. Her career started 'hands on' with computer hardware engineering and applications. She progressed into a Business Development role for Project Consulting sales and later, talent placement. She has owned Peak since 1997.
She has been known to totally blow the Peak marketing budget by 'grabbing' a bus and taking 75 clients and employees to see Jimmy Buffett. Funny, how relationships change when you see executives in grass skirts.
Little Known Facts:- She ONLY drives YELLOW cars. Has owned 12.
- True Parrot head. Has seen Jimmy Buffett over 30 times.
- Has met both James Brown and Prince Charles
- Was a rock and roll drummer. Now teaches drumming at a small school.
Shirley and the recruiting team are tireless in their pursuit of the perfect candidate.
Their caffeine and chocolate counts are ten times the national average.
They are self proclaimed STAFFAHOLICS and they are NOT looking for a support group to change this.Shirley has extensive experience in recruiting, hiring and managing zillions of employees in her 25 year career.
Little Known Facts:- She wears out headsets, laptops and iphones yearly.

Jim Munson, is an Executive with Peak providing Business Development Leadership and Partnership Development. He has extensive relationships with Executive level professionals in many industries. We have worked with Jim 'unofficially' for several years and were excited when he joined Peak in 2010.
Jim is also the President and CEO of Munson International and is the President of the South African Chamber.
Jim has worked with leaders of multi-million dollar corporations, foreign dignitaries, and celebrities. He has found a way to play golf a LOT while also claiming that he is working.
Little Known Facts:- Jim hitchhiked across country in 1967
- He lived in Haight-Ashbury in 67-68.
- Jim is a disabled U.S. Navy veteran.
- Along with his wife, Elizabeth, personally hosted 33 Black Tie events in Atlanta in 1986 to 'make friends'. Now they have a zillion friends.
The Peak recruiting team is comprised of individuals with many years of 'search and find' experience in the Technology and Communications sectors.
We have chosen not to offshore our recruiting function at Peak. When we can, we hire recruiters with industry experience that live in the communities in which they serve. We believe that involvement locally, both for business and for non-profit endeavours, benefits everyone.

Ms. Nichols has an Undergraduate degree in Procurement Management and Production Management from Bowling Green State University and a Masters from California State University.
Her experience includes working for Hughes Aircraft as a Contract Manager, and AEL Industries as a Subcontract Manager negotiating subcontracts for major Government entities. Before joining Peak, Teresa was employed as a Subcontract Manager with BellSouth (now AT&T) for 11 years.
Little Known Facts:- Teresa has two office cats named big boy and fat boy.
(Needless to say, they both need to be at a cat weight watchers meeting) - Raced a dirt bike in the Mojave desert
- Would rather be with my 3 and 4 year old grand kids than with most adults

Traci is in a degree program for Digital Marketing Communications and is gaining writing business experience with Peak. She has a passion for the written word and photography and is bringing young, fresh ideas into our business.
Little Known Facts:- She grew up with three sisters, so very used to sharing (and fighting for) clothes, quiet time and the bathroom
- Her favorite animal is a hippopotamus.
- She checks her shoes for spiders
- She cooks a mean Chicken Parmesan
