Jacki has extensive experience in the Communications, Broadcast, Engineering and Technology sectors. Her career started 'hands on' with computer hardware engineering and applications. She progressed into a Business Development role for Project Consulting sales and later, talent placement. She has owned Peak since 1997.
She has been known to totally blow the Peak marketing budget by 'grabbing' a bus and taking 75 clients and employees to see Jimmy Buffett. Funny, how relationships change when you see executives in grass skirts.


Shirley and the recruiting team are tireless in their pursuit of the perfect candidate.
Their caffeine and chocolate counts are ten times the national average.

Jim Munson, is an Executive with Peak providing Business Development Leadership and Partnership Development. He has extensive relationships with Executive level professionals in many industries. We have worked with Jim 'unofficially' for several years and were excited when he joined Peak in 2010.
Jim is also the President and CEO of Munson International and is the President of the South African Chamber.
Jim has worked with leaders of multi-million dollar corporations, foreign dignitaries, and celebrities. He has found a way to play golf a LOT while also claiming that he is working.


The Peak recruiting team is comprised of individuals with many years of 'search and find' experience in the Technology and Communications sectors.
We have chosen not to offshore our recruiting function at Peak. When we can, we hire recruiters with industry experience that live in the communities in which they serve. We believe that involvement locally, both for business and for non-profit endeavours, benefits everyone.

Ms. Nichols has an Undergraduate degree in Procurement Management and Production Management from Bowling Green State University and a Masters from California State University.
Her experience includes working for Hughes Aircraft as a Contract Manager, and AEL Industries as a Subcontract Manager negotiating subcontracts for major Government entities. Before joining Peak, Teresa was employed as a Subcontract Manager with BellSouth (now AT&T) for 11 years.


Traci is in a degree program for Digital Marketing Communications and is gaining writing business experience with Peak. She has a passion for the written word and photography and is bringing young, fresh ideas into our business.
